Broccoli Sprouts from Hamburg


Broccoli sprouts are basically immature broccoli plants and they have loads of health benefits.

Consumption of Broccoli sprouts a few times a week are tied to lowering LDL (“bad”) cholesterol, reducing the risk of cancer, and increasing longevity. 

This superfood is so easy to eat. You can blend them into a smoothie, toss them into a salad, add them to sandwiches and wraps,  have them plain, top off a stir-fry with them or blend them into a dip.
